Sase Rodoo is produced in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia by the family-owned exporter Daye Bensa, reflecting the vibrant and expressive character Ethiopian naturals are known for.
Grown at elevations between 1,990 and 2,100 meters above sea level and processed using the traditional natural method, the coffee offers a creamy and refined cup profile with notes of red apple and sugarcane.
Daye Bensa works closely with local coffee producers, combining long-term relationships, careful organisation, and a strong focus on quality to showcase some of the finest coffees Ethiopia has to offer.
