Suuapinga Bakery
The idea for our Bakery began with a simple wish – to create bread and pastries that match the quality and character of our coffee. Today, that idea lives in our Suuapinga Bakery on Müllerstraße in Glockenbach, where everything is made by hand and baked fresh each morning. Since our very first day, we’ve baked everything ourselves – keeping every step of the process in our own hands.
Our approach to baking follows the same principles that guide our coffee: direct relationships, transparent sourcing and respect for craftsmanship. We work closely with local partners, using regional flour and natural ingredients to ensure every product reflects our values – honest, local and full of flavor.
At the heart of our Suuapinga Bakery is our bread – slowly fermented, shaped by hand and baked for depth, texture and balance. From our classic sourdough to seasonal varieties, every loaf follows time. Alongside our bread, you’ll find pastries that have become part of Suuapinga’s story: our signature Zimtschnecke, the aromatic Cardamom Bun and a selection of seasonal creations that change throughout the year. Everything is produced in-house and baked fresh every day.
