The Story of Our Bakery

Our journey began with a long-held dream: to open a bakery where we could explore the delightful synergy between baked goods and coffee. Our ambition has always been to offer not only great coffee but also equally tasty pastries to accompany it.

From the very start, we have adhered to the same core principle in sourcing for our bakery that mirrors our approach to coffee. We believe in fostering direct relationships with the producers behind our raw materials, allowing us to learn from them and grow together. Ultimately, we want to ensure that customers are offered freshly handmade and locally produced goods.

At the heart of our bakery is our first and still most important product: the vegan cinnamon roll. This beloved treat embodies our dedication to quality and flavor, showcasing how delicious plant-based ingredients can be. It has become a signature item that reflects our passion for baking and serves as a perfect companion to our carefully crafted coffee. Like the locations where it has already been produced, it has undergone multiple transformations and has been crafted to perfection. Visualizing this craftsmanship has been essential in developing our new location and can therefore be witnessed nearly every day.

Furthermore, we have open sale days with the following hours:

Thursday & Friday: 08:00 - 18:00
Saturday: 08:00 - 16:00
