Espresso
Oktoberfest Edition
For our Oktoberfest Edition, we wanted to bring something special to the table – a coffee with character, warmth, and a little bit of Bavarian spirit. Sourced from Finca San Luis in El Salvador’s Apaneca-Ilamatepec region, this washed Bourbon lot combines clarity and sweetness with a wonderfully smooth, comforting profile.
Expect inviting notes of caramel and ripe melon, balanced by a crisp, clean acidity. A silky sweetness and bright finish make this espresso both expressive and incredibly approachable – perfect for a long morning, a quick shot between Maß and Maß, or simply whenever the occasion calls for something special.
The coffee comes from La Gloria, a distinctive lot at Tacubaya Estate Coffee Farms. La Gloria means glory, splendor, and prestige – and according to local lore, the lot earned its name because it lies closest to the village church. Back in 1969, its owner chose the name because he was convinced that the coffee grown there had something truly special to offer. We have to agree.
Cultivated at 1,282 meters above sea level and carefully washed after harvest, this Bourbon lot showcases the elegance and character of El Salvador’s highlands. A coffee made for celebration – and for raising a cup to good coffee, good company, and a little Oktoberfest spirit.
