In our Sensory Skills course at Suuapinga in Munich, you’ll learn how to recognize and describe the aromas, flavors and textures that define great coffee. Through guided tastings and a professional cupping session, you’ll explore how origin, roast and other key factors turn good coffee into something exceptional.
You’ll discover how to identify sweetness, acidity and balance, and how these elements work together to create clarity and complexity. The course is perfect for anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of coffee – from curious beginners to advanced home brewers.
