Kenya Thiriku AA is grown in the Nyeri District at the foot of Mt. Kenya and produced by the Thiriku Farmers' Cooperative Society, a community of dedicated smallholder farmers committed to exceptional quality.

Cultivated at 1,918 metres above sea level and fully washed using carefully controlled processing methods, this AA Top lot delivers a vibrant and elegant cup with distinctive notes of hibiscus, blackcurrant and rooibos.

Founded in 2000, the Thiriku cooperative combines meticulous cherry selection with modern, water-efficient processing. Using a Penagos EcoPulper and carefully monitored drying on raised beds, every step is designed to highlight the bright acidity, complexity and clean character that make Kenyan coffees some of the world's most celebrated.
